CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The purpose of this condensed version is to have easy access to an overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms.
Product may not be edited, altered, nor used to train AI.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Communicate if any trouble or inconvenience appear (for instance, regarding payment such as delayed or cancels due to some kind of emergency), don't ghost.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion.
Customer may ask for a partially refund on orders, the paid back amount varies depending on stage of the commission. Once completed the order is non-refundable.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
I hold right to cancel and refund any order at any time, but with reason given.
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [5th jan 2026]This contract applies to the artist and the customer purchasing a work of art. By ordering product from the artist the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount once sent sketch is approved.
2. On orders above 100 usd the customer has right to pay half the sum on approval of the sketch, where rest can be sent near completion. OBS: art piece wont be unwatermarked until the whole payment is sent if this method of paying is chosen.
3. Payment can be sent anytime during the sketch phase, but the commission will be on hold (waiting stage) until payment is recieved.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. Customer agrees that the product will be delivered digitally. It can be via email, toyhouse, instagram or discord.
5. Products often have a estimated turn around time "TAT" and will be delivered within it. Customer will be contacted if problem arises and TAT has to be extended.REVISIONS
6. Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
7. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail. Any requests above that will require a mutual agreement and/or can result in a increase of order value depending if the change requested is major.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
8. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
9. Payment is considered as received and completed when total amount received.REFUND POLICY
10. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress on the lineart stage yet, if lineart stage is completed customer is eligable for a 65% refund, color stage 40%, shading & rendering stage 15%.
11. Customer may have to respond to any requests for comments, clarifications and opinions on work such as if changes are needed during the WIP stage.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
12. The product received by customer is for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial purposes or reproduction for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand.CUSTOMS & DESIGNS
13. Recieved designs may not be used for inappropriate stuff such as NSFW or harmful content.
14. Customer may not re-sell the design for more than it's original worth, that said unless additional art, trades or designs is added that ups the value.
15. If bidding for a design, only bid what you can afford and bid in a chain in a way that notifies the previous bidder.EXTRA
16. Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI training or for AI tools.
17. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the customer in the future.

EXTRA
a complexity fee will be added if the character has very complex patterns and/or lots of colors.
headshots & busts
a headshot of your character. OBS Shaded headshots won’t be as detailed regarding light and shadows as shaded portraits are. The examples above shows what you can expect to receive if shading is chosen!

CUSTOM DESIGNS
Custom designs, can be based of moodboards, descriptions and similar. Comes in two versions, one with and without accessories. If shading is chosen you'll also recieve one version without it.

portraits

a reference sheet including your character. Comes with 1 headshot and one fullbody + shading. Version without shading will also be sent. No complexity fees applies here.If your characters has alternative patterns/eye colors, accessories on the head/face, it will come with a extra headshot taken from the fullbody showing the other version. Check example above for clarification!For extra adds, such as more fullbodies or headshots it will be 100% of the price found here, for instance if your looking to add one headshot, it add 20 usd to the total sum (refering to the base prices of the format. Shaded is also included for the extras you're adding.)
